Our provider's partner bank has now fixed the issue and the service is back to normal. The Engineering team is still monitoring the situation to make sure it remains stable.

Customers affected can now give the withdrawal another try.

We are aware that some customers might face issues withdrawing their funds to their linked bank account. This is due to an ongoing technical issue from our provider that is currently being worked on.

Rest assured that the security of your funds is never compromised in the meantime. We will provide an update as soon as possible.
