We're aware that some customers may currently be unable to create new Direct Debit payments because of an issue impacting our payments provider.

This is also preventing the distribution of funds for any new Direct Debits for the time-being.

Since the issue was identified, our Tech Team is working on it so impacted customers have the money available in their Plum account as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience caused in the meantime.
